Better awareness of energy use issues among staff enables them to influence the attitudes and behaviour of the public towards their domestic energy use.
The resource is freely available to all councils in Scotland and is designed so that the training programme can be run in-house with little need for external support. A commitment document has been devised for each local authority to sign, which outlines the percentage or number of staff to be trained over a specific timeframe.
