Website purpose and principles

The website serve as a guidance tool that leads the users through various stages of the project trajectory. The website provides high level guidance on how to move from one stage of the project trajectory to the next. To begin, the user needs to identify if a project can be taken forward, they can do this by going through the check list on Do you have a project? The user will then be lead to different stages of the project delivery guidance depending on the outcome of their answers. For project that is at the developing stage they will need to start at Capacity building. For projects that are at more mature stage they will be lead to the Feasibility section.
